Forget me nots lunch club

We support dementia carers living in Crawley and surrounding areas, this can be a family member, friend or professional.  We are there for you from the earliest suspicion

Friday’s we have our lunch club at Tilgate Community Centre, on Shakleton Road, here you can bring the person living with dementia with you.  Join in with activities such as quizzes, bingo or seated exercise, or just sit and chat with others wo truly understand what you are going through.
