Melody for the Mind – Southwick Library

Melody for the Mind publicity – Southwick OCT 2022

Come to our informal singing group open to all and designed to boost mood and wellbeing.

Enjoy refreshments and a chat followed by singing in a relaxed environment.  All sessions are dementia friendly and there is no charge for this activity. It is requested that if the carer does not wish to participate in the singing that they must still remain on site.

(Maybe they could take the opportunity to explore the libraries other services).
